Uniform Requirements

For children in Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2

• White polo shirt
• Navy blue sweatshirt or cardigan
• Grey trousers / shorts / skirts / pinafore dresses (no leggings) 
• Navy blue summer dresses
• Grey tights
• White, grey or black socks
• Navy hair accessories only

For children in Year 3, Year 4, Year 5, Year 6  

• White shirt and school tie
• Navy blue sweatshirt /cardigan/sleeveless pullover
• Grey trousers/shorts/skirts/pinafore dresses (no leggings) 
• Navy blue summer dresses
• Summer hat
• Grey tights
• White, grey or black socks
• Navy hair accessories only

Footwear 

• Formal black shoes (Please note that trainers cannot be worn except as part of PE kit) 

Physical Education Kit (all pupils – Nursery to Year 6) 

• Plain white cotton t-shirt or Milton Primary Academy PE t-shirt
• Plain black or navy shorts
• Plain black or navy jogging bottoms
• A plain navy blue/black sweatshirt /cardigan/ pullover - no hoods (this could be from your child’s usual school uniform)
• White, grey or black socks
• Trainers for outdoor PE (Children will not be allowed to participate in outdoor activities in pumps)

 Jewellery

 Pupils are alloweed to wear single, plain, gold or silver stud earrings and a watch, no hoops are allowed. Earrings must be removed on PE days or when attending sports events.

Smart watches are not allowed (this means a watch that can be linked to a mobile phone, take photographs, connect to the internet etc). Fitbits are allowed as long as they are soley intended for telling the time.

Hair Styles

Pupils are not allowed to have extreme hair styles which includes patterns or dye. Hair accessories must be discrete with no novelty items such as large bows, novelty headbands, etc. Long hair must be tied back for PE days. 

It is a school expectation that the uniform requirements are followed by all pupils.
